When an application hangs, where is Ctrl-Alt-Del?

Well there is no DEL key to complete this particular key combo, but there are a lot of key combos.
Two relevant ones:

Command(apple)-Option(alt)-Esc: will bring up the force quit menu.

Control-Eject: will bring up the shut down dialog.
